SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from Burnaby, BC, CANADA

All of our products are made-to-order. Our processing time can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on the piece. (please look at each individual piece description for lead times)

Approximate shipping times after processing times:

Canada: 3-8 business days

United States: 4-8 business days

International: 1-3 weeks

***Due to the Canada Post Strike we recommend choosing our FedEx or UPS Shipping option. We CANNOT guarantee when parcels sent through Canada Post to arrive.​

We use Canada Post for our everyday shipping, and FedEx or UPS for our Express Shipping Option. (If you would like this option please contact us at inf@savvaatelier.ca for a quote.)

All packages are sent with a tracking number, no exceptions. Also note, once a package is sent we hold no responsibility for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages.

Please note that Savva Atelier is not responsible for any applicable duty fees or taxes (VAT), which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon delivery.

 

However if you do encounter these issues please let us know, and we will help you as best as we can.
