If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of your item(s) being delivered to request an exchange or return. Email us at info@savvaatelier.ca Your request will be approved if it falls under these guidelines:

Regular price are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund minus a 15% reprocessing fee.
Anything marked as "On Sale" is a Final Sale.
Please note that all dead-stock fabric items are final sale. (Please refer to fabric content in description of piece)
Returning an item requires you to cover shipping expenses to our location in Burnaby, Canada. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and approving the item and restored to your original form of payment.
Savva Atelier reserves the right not to provide a refund or exchange on items returned to us in unsuitable condition or outside our return policy.

Once you’ve emailed us your request at info@savvaatelier.ca, and it falls within our guidelines, we will send you an email with instructions for the exchange or return. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to reply, we are a small team and will get back to you as soon as possible. Items must be shipped back to us within 3 days of our email reply confirmation of return.
